1. FULFILLMENT MODELS & SALES PLATFORMS

Our products (including sanitary napkins, tampons, diapers, and sanitizing wipes) are processed through two primary channels:

  • E-Commerce Marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Snapdeal): Orders are packed and dispatched using standard or expedited logistics networks native to each platform.
  • Quick-Commerce Platforms (JioMart, Meesho, Quick-Delivery Hubs): Handled via hyper-local delivery services optimized for rapid, local fulfillment.

2. SHIPPING CHARGES

  • Standard Rates: Shipping fees, cash-on-delivery (COD) charges, and free shipping thresholds are dynamically calculated by the respective third-party marketplace platform at the time of checkout.
  • Variations: Shipping costs may vary depending on your geographical location, total order value, promotional events, or premium platform memberships (e.g., Amazon Prime or Flipkart Plus). Divya Health and Hygiene does not directly levy or alter these platform-bound delivery charges.

3. PROCESSING AND DELIVERY TIMELINES

  • Order Processing: Most orders are processed and verified within 24 to 48 hours of placement.
  • Standard Delivery Time: For standard e-commerce orders, delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days, depending on the destination (metros vs. tier-2/tier-3 cities or remote regions).
  • Quick-Commerce Delivery Time: For platforms supporting quick-commerce, delivery can range from a few hours to next-day delivery depending on stock availability in local dark stores.
  • Please note: Delivery timelines are estimates provided by logistics partners and are subject to weather conditions, regional holidays, or unforeseen transit delays.

4. ORDER TRACKING

Once your order is handed over to the courier partner, a tracking link and SMS/email notification will be generated directly by the platform where you made the purchase (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, etc.). You can monitor your shipment’s progress in real-time through the “My Orders” or “Track Order” section of that specific application or website.

5. DAMAGED OR TAMPERED SHIPMENTS

Because hygiene products require sterile handling, the integrity of our packaging is vital:

  • Inspection: We advise customers not to accept any packages that appear severely crushed, torn, open, or tampered with by the delivery agent.
  • Reporting: If you receive a damaged product or find items missing from your order, please take clear photographs or an unboxing video immediately. Report the issue within 48 hours to the customer support desk of the platform from which you purchased it to initiate a swift investigation and replacement.

6. UNDELIVERABLE ORDERS & WRONG ADDRESSES

  • The delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package up to 2-3 times before marking it as “Undeliverable” and returning it to our fulfillment facility.
  • Please ensure your shipping address, pincode, and contact number are accurate during checkout. Divya Health and Hygiene is not responsible for misdelivered orders resulting from incorrect user inputs.
