At Divya Health & Hygiene, we take great pride in the quality and safety of our products. Because our inventory consists of intimate personal care and hygiene items, we maintain a strict policy to ensure health and safety standards for all our customers.
Hygiene Exception & Non-Returnable Items
- Due to the intimate and hygienic nature of our products (including but not limited to sanitary napkins, sanitary pads, sanitary panties, sanitary towels, menstrual tampons, panty liners, panty shields, adult diapers, baby diapers, and sanitizing wipes), we strictly do not accept returns, replacements, or exchanges on opened, unsealed, or used items.
- Once a product’s original packaging or seal has been broken, it cannot be returned under any circumstances.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We inspect our products thoroughly before dispatch. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we are here to help:
- Reporting Window: You must report the issue to us within 48 hours of receiving your package.
- Proof Required: To claim a replacement or refund, you must provide clear unboxing photos and/or an unboxing video showing the outer packaging and the defect.

Refund Process
- Once our team verifies your unboxing proof and approves the claim, your refund will be initiated.
- Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method (Credit card, Debit card, UPI, Net Banking, or Wallet) within 5–7 business days.
Cancellation Policy
- Before Dispatch: You can cancel your order at any time before it leaves our warehouse. To cancel, please contact customer care immediately.
- After Dispatch: Once an order is handed over to our courier partner and a tracking ID is generated, the order cannot be cancelled. If you refuse delivery, shipping and handling costs may be deducted from any future refunds.
